GRDC Grower Network Meeting - Gairdner

Come along to this free GRDC National Grower Network forum at the Gairdner Hall on Wednesday 17th August from 3pm.

It’s your opportunity to meet face to face with GRDC staff and Western Panel members to provide direct input into future research and development to the benefit of our area.

Keynote speaker will be Philip Honey from Stirlings to Coast, presenting on subsurface drainage, and GRDC Grower Relations Managers Lizzie von Perger and Jo Wheeler, who will provide insight into current research and extension projects in the local area.

A facilitated workshop will be run to gather grassroots input into GRDC’s investment plans by capturing issues and constraints from local growers. Opportunities will then be prioritised by participants for local GRDC research, development and extension support.

Later, join the speakers and GRDC Staff and Panel for free refreshments and dinner. Families are more than welcome (but please RSVP for catering purposes). If able, please bring your laptop or tablet for use during the session. Some devices will be provided for those that can’t.
