Invitation to attend Farmer Forums

To farmers who are interested in finding out more about the WA Producers’ Co-op

Farmers across the Great Southern who are invited to attend farmer forums to learn more about how the new co-operative can benefit farmers across the region.

Speakers to present on the following topics:

• Marketing opportunities

• Farmers’ perspective: insights and challenges of getting organised as a community co-op, what are other farmers doing?

• What sort of co-operative: what does it look like, who owns it and how can we make sure farmers get the benefits?

• WAPC progress in 2019/20, how did the first year go, what next?

Q&A session will follow each presentation to explore the pros & cons of joining the farmer co-operative in your region.

Each forum is free to attend, is for farmers only and includes refreshments.
